This may add an extra 1-2 days to the shipping timeline, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Important Shipping Reminder

Once your package is handed over to the logistics provider, the provider will take charge of its transportation route and delivery timeliness. We will provide you with a unique logistics tracking number, which you can use to check your package’s real-time status throughout its journey.
We offer shipping services to most regions worldwide. However, some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations or logistics restrictions. Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! We want to ensure you’re totally happy with your purchase, so we’ve simplified our return policy to make the process clear and stress-free.
1. What Makes a Return Eligible?

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of your package’s delivery date—this is confirmed via tracking information.
Items must be returned in their original, unused state. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories need to stay intact; items with wear, damage, or modifications won’t qualify.
Some items can’t be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customization rules. These include personalized products, perishables, intimate apparel, and opened skincare or cosmetic items. A full list of non-returnable items is posted on each product’s detail page.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process

Submit a Return Request: Before sending anything back, contact our customer service team via [email/online form]. Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return, and a short reason for the request. We’ll review it within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Prepare Your Shipment: Pack eligible items securely—we suggest using the original packaging if you have it. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package. Note: Returns without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.
Ship the Item Back: You’re responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the return is our mistake (like sending the wrong item or a defective one). Keep the return tracking number for reference—we aren’t liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund & Exchange Details

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse) and confirm eligibility, we’ll process your refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).
Exchanges: If you want to swap an item (e.g., for a different size/color), mention your desired replacement in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock—if the item you want is out of stock, we’ll automatically issue a refund instead.
Deductions: For returns based on customer preference (like changing your mind), a small restocking fee (up to 10% of the item’s purchase price) may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fees apply if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
